I wanted to revisit the Iron Posh Challenge we did on 9/12 with some variations.  I took out the competition aspect and added more exercises.   These types of workouts are really “you vs you”.



30 SSH (IC)

20 Grass Grabbers (IC)

20 Abe Vigodas (IC)

Downward dog calf and leg stretches

Mosey to coupon parking lot

The Thang

We partnered up.

Partner one would run 1/4 mile loop while partner two would do an exercise, AMRAP until partner one returned.  We did 6 exercises for 5 minutes each for a total of 30 minutes.

1.) Man makers 2.) Coupon flutter kicks 3.) Coupon Lunges 4.) Skull Crushers 5.) Coupon American Hammers 6.) Coupon squats

Put away coupons and ran back to the flag


We had about 3 minutes.
