Announcing GROWRUCK 21 Training Opportunities

Today marks 15 weeks exactly from the start of GrowRuck 21!  If you’ve already signed up, then T-CLAPS to you.  You’re awesome.  If you have yet to sign up, you’re still awesome but quit thinking about it, quit second guessing yourself, and take the plunge.  If you are asking yourself ‘can I make it 12 hours?’…  the answer is yes, you can.  Make no mistake, this thing will undoubtedly test you, both mentally and physically, but it’s not about you.  It’s about the men around you and that… is why you will succeed.

That said, it’s time to either dust off the old ruck and break-in the one just came in the mail.  With the guidance of our F3 Louisville leadership team and the help and leadership from both Russdiculous and Tool Time, I’m excited to offer up some initial opportunities to help the PAX of F3 Louisville prepare for GrowRuck 21.  The idea here is to make sure the region is giving each of you as many opportunities as possible to get out in the gloom and train with your fellow PAX regardless of current ruck experience.  Much like our regular workouts, these will be designed for you to just show up (only with a ruck now) and be ready to work as hard as you are able to.

Ruck PT workouts will be more focused on the PT side of things.  Use this as a guide for the kind of things to expect during these workouts.

Ruck Miles workouts will focus on getting in mileage with a ruck on your back and probably some extra weight in tow in the form a sandbag or two.  The mileage you see above is about how far you can expect to travel during the workout.

These will run starting with tomorrow morning at The O, all the way up to the start of GrowRuck 21 in October.

Please keep in mind that the workouts above are only the ones that I could confirm as of today.  We want this list to grow!  Looking for more leaders to step up and offer options at other AOs.  Once the day/time/contact is confirmed, please let me know and I will be happy add them to the options here.
