9.21.18 Ruck Training Pre-Blast

I am going to keep it simple this time. If you like to RUCK and you like the MURPH, then this workout will be perfect for you. It’s probably not going to be easy, it might even be downright brutal, but we don’t get up for easy. So if your HIM enough to give it a try with me, then come on out!
