Tomorrow is national proposal day. My proposal is if you show up at the county we will do no burpees. No coupons just your running shoes. We should probably do some partner work given the day.

I know the boys at the Stable love a good Indian Run so who am I to deny them. We will get after it early and keep the heart rate up. Bring those coupons and expect a solid full body workout.
