I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. Tomorrow morning is going to be cold, raining and windy. One of those mornings where we earn the “always outside” mantra. Come out to The Garden and embrace the suck. We will use the onsite coupons and slosh our way up and down the parking lot. SYITCWWG -Dauber

Tomorrow we will be doing one of two different workouts weather dependent. Coupons required and reps will be a big part of the work out. No rain there will be more cardio if there is rain less cardio, higher reps.
