731 days ago, I showed up at my 1st F3 workout, led by someone named @Catfish. We bear crawled up a mountain. 731 days and 40.2# later, I’m happy to report there will be no mandated bear crawls tomorrow. But you will need a coupon. SYITG! Harbaugh Go Bucks!
