10 Got the weekend started right with a mix of cardio and reps. Partner workout a total of 200 curlpress, 100 hand release merkins, 75 thrusters, 50 burpees and 25 manmakers. total running just shy of 2 miles. we finished up with 7 minutes of Mary.
