We knocked out a partner workout today that included. 100 lunges, 150 curls, 200 weighted squats, 150 big boys, 100 thrusters and 50 burpees along with 2+ miles of running all in the rain! It was great!

What meal is in the Crock Pot? This guy again??? Three of the last five Q’s at the County? Oh well, bring a coupon. And gloves. We’ll do descending supersets with a sprint in between. The music will be terrible (unless someone else wants to assist). SYITG.
