Putting out a Saturday night Slack call for a Sunday morning ruck doesn’t always work. This time, we pulled in Iceman and Yogi. But Yogi had to work, so we only got him for the first half. PAX: Retainer, Iceman, Yogi Rucked 6.75 miles at Posh in just under 1:45. Good morning, fellas.

Great workout this morning. Had 7 guys who got better this morning while the rest of you slept in lol.
